Our hospital laboratory is a specialized service, providing testing 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, to assure that patients' results are available as rapidly as possible.

The laboratory is accredited and licensed by CMS. Comprehensive clinical testing services are available to anyone presenting with an order by a licensed health care provider.

Outpatient Hours:

SMDH Laboratory Collections:
6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday

Quest Insurance Collections:
6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

Lab Corp Insurance Collections:
6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday

Pre-employment and Random Drug Screens:
7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

Holidays - Outpatient Lab Closed
